Stable freezes every 5-10 seconds (Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0)

stable freezes every 5-10 seconds in Warzone 2.0 and DMZ while the network game flies without problems.
I did everything that they write on the Internet and nothing helped, has anyone encountered such a problem?
