Problems installing mods via nmm (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)
After clicking on the plus sign and selecting the archive with the mod, it seems to be added to the queue, but not installed, but when I want to activate it.

you don't have SKSE, and you already install SkyUI? well, well
, firstly, SKSE
secondly, run as administrator (always!)
thirdly, put in the settings compatibility with all files (Shell Extensions, NXM URLS, and FOMOD)
what is the folder structure in the archive? where did you download it from?
