Downloaded saves won't load (Company of Heroes 2)

Hello! There was such a problem. I downloaded saves for the game, and when I try to start the save from the game, it says: Error loading the saved game. Downloading games saved by other users is not yet supported. What is the problem? This was not the case before. How to decide?
