Can't enable DLSS Frame Generation (Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales)

My graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
I want to enable the DLSS Frame Generation Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales (pirated) setting, but it's not available even though I have a 40x series card. There is a solution?
