Departure at Castle Storm Veil (Elden Ring)

A strange thing happened. I finish the passage of the castle, I go to the room with the last grace in front of the boss Godric the hundred-armed, as the game instantly hangs for a minute, after which it closes without any errors. I tried to go there from both sides - departure. For another character on ng+, it also crashes, although nothing like this has ever happened before. Has anyone faced this? And if so, how did you decide?
