GTA III Re3 + xbox edition re3 (Grand Theft Auto 3)

All good.
There are these two mods and there are several problems with them.
1. In the first games, it crashes periodically. I don't understand how to solve the problem.
2. Sounds stutter. In the settings I changed the sound output to other formats.
3. All cars have become dark in color.
4. There are white textures on the wheels, either inside or outside.
5. Extremely strange behavior of physics. The cars turn hard, the character often ricochets and flies a few meters to the side, sometimes fatally.
