V-bucks didn't arrive after buying from Microsoft store (Fortnite)

I bought V-bucks in the Microsoft store, after the purchase I go into the game, but nothing came. Received a check for payment, but still nothing. what to do? This is the first time I've encountered such a problem, usually everything comes at once when buying.
