Loading objects in games

Good day!

This year I assembled a new computer for myself, and I encountered one unpleasant problem in games that I had never encountered before (well, or did not notice): this is the loading of some objects 15-20 meters from the character. It doesn't matter if the graphics settings are low or high - it's always such garbage.
What could be the problem?
