Starts up and immediately kicks out

The game was purchased from EA, deluxe all things, the requirements pass, even a little higher than what is written in the minimum. I downloaded these 130gb of kalla, and as a result, when you start a black screen and the crash on the desktop with the error LowLevelFatalError [line 3958].
