How to optimize yuzu for Pokemon Sword&Shield

Please help me improve the performance of yuzu properly. I want to play Pokemon Sword, but my FPS leaves much to be desired (10-18 FPS).
I have a laptop: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega 8 (2gb) Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz, 8gb RAM. If possible tell me what settings to enable or disable, at least for a stable 20-25 fps.
