Save error - Unable to load system saved data

I went to the 2nd chapter (machine saved progress) all good, after I left the game and re-entered, and displays this (Unable to load system saved data. Delete all game saved data and resrart the game. Resrarting without deleting data will result in unloadable saved data)

The save files are there but the game can't see them, how do I fix it?
