Mouse stops working

In more detail Playing Minecraft, at some point some function of the mouse stops working (either only the sensor works without scrolling and LKM and PKM, or everything is completely cut off) This trick is solved simply by entering Start with WIN key (the mouse then works) I checked, and the problem is not in the mouse, I inserted another, but the problem persists. I think the problem appeared after the new mouse and it seems to be only in this game. I tried everything resetting, uninstalling the new mouse software completely, etc..
