Brightness in the game

Briefly, finally got to The Sinking City, my laptop is weak, so I'm playing it on medium. I was really pissed off by the sagging and those bastard big dots in my hair and collar. I downloaded modified .ini files (namely Engine.ini and Scalability.ini) from Playground, they are easily searchable, replaced, run and oh my god, everything works quickly, hair and other hairy surfaces look good, but: the brightness is at a minimum, you can not see anything, especially indoors. The first missions passed with increased gamma, but I can no longer tolerate it. How do I increase the brightness for the game through the .ini files and where do I find this parameter in general?
