Can't uninstall Windows 10
I try to completely wipe my computer with the "Restore Computer" feature and in the end I get in the middle of the wipe attempt cancel the restore and receive the message "There was a problem restoring my computer. No changes have been made.
Microsoft web site says it sometimes says this happens and I need to type something at the command prompt, but it doesn't help.
It doesn't help.
What do I do? I want to completely wipe all data and put a new Windows on a clean drive. Is there any 3rd party software or some kind of solution? I can't find a solution I understand on the internet.
The problem was solved. I went through the Bios, chose to boot from the flash drive where the new OS was installed, then there was an option to format the drive, this helped and the new OS was installed immediately.

When I first installed Windows 10, I had a bug that caused it to restart, so I want to get to the part where it says Windows 10 can't be installed because of an unexpected error, so I went into f10 and did regedit and changed the exe run from 1 to 3 and then it worked, but then someone told me that the problem might happen again when you upgrade Windows, so I did it again. And now I have windows.old and I can't delete it because it says I need administrator access. I just want to erase the whole computer as I was building it again
