No extras in the Gold Edition

Hello, downloaded Just Cause 4 gold edition from xbox on pc. After launching it, I realized that there is no dls. Went into the game folder and for some reason Just Cause 4 - Deathstalker Pack, Just Cause 4 - Digital Deluxe,Just Cause 4 - Neon Racer Pack, Just Cause 4 - Renegade Pack are not in the game folder, what to do?
