Why is the image in the game as if covered by a gray veil?

I have the following problem: the image in the game (I have a pirate) as if it became cloudy, dim and completely dark. Went to the brightness settings, nothing has changed. It started when I walked away from the game and left the main menu, the titles began, I went back and stopped them, but after that, it's like all covered with a translucent cloth. On the internet did not find anything about this, the game restarted, examined all the settings, but even in the game files zazilal! Nothing helped.
