Blackout (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Playing Skyrim for more than a year, but I can't get used to the screen dimming. I used to take it for granted, but still it bothered me. Don't you know, mods or not, but when I look at the world, or just next to me the light source (the torch and candle light does not work) the screen dims, and I can't see anything.
