Tdie - temperatures of the hottest zones inside the processor.
CPU - motherboard socket temperature, usually equal to or lower than Tdie.
Tctl - +20-27 offset for fan control control.
If you want to know the temperatures from each sensor - use programs like HWiNFO, there you can at least display the temperature of each individual core.
You see "Tdie" or "Tctl / Tdie" - this is the real highest temperature inside the processor.
