The problem with the dialogue in the cutscenes (GreedFall)

Hello! I first had a similar problem - dialogs in cutscenes (and only them) is very, very quiet when you first run seemed non-existent. The difference noticed only when I rigged the audio settings. But minimal levels of music and effects, and the maximum for dialogues - voice in the dialogue is still barely perceptible. The game, though the English voice acting - but this silence is creeping me out just.... nobody knows how to solve it?
