Video card for Autocad 2019

Hi guys
advise help anyone that knows, if not more difficult
need a graphics card for Autocad 2019. The recommended graphics card requirements for Autocad 2019 shows the required bandwidth of 106 GB/s , DirectX 11, and a memory size of 4 GB ( enough for me and 2 GB)
need a graphics card because the old one burned down. Stood Nvidia Geforce 560 gtx it 1 GB, 128 throughput in my opinion is DirectX 11, I would like a little more powerful, but the market is generally lost, don't know what to buy now and limited to 7000 by the thousands. Can wait and will still 3000
so it is possible and 10 to take, but would prefer cheaper of course
