I have this error pop up on your mission Partner, immediately after the words Hank about the murder and only the loading and from this crap, but in 99% of cases, this bitch makes the PC freeze and only reset help -_-

found the solution - do on the wood AMD (can't tell on green) on-version 19.12.2 there has been a steady missions in the game, but if put version 19.9.2 (as suggested friends on reddit) the crashes stop but start drawdown fps in the cut scenes
Conclusion - you need to wait for the new wood, since version 19.12.2 MUCH better optimization, and stable fps on the ultra, or do a roll back on 19.9.2 \/0_o\/
