The weakest, the most high. (Fallout 4)
People who what plays? And the weakest system where you will go foul on medium high?Laptop i5 3230 2.6, 6gb ram, GT740m 1gb
About 30 fps on the minimum, resolution of 1280\720p + FXAA. I note that Battlefield 3 on ultra fly, 4th in the middle, GTA V on average, about Skyrim and say nothing
laptop gt 730m 2 gb, i5-3230m 2.6 GHz, 6 gb ram
Play on the lowest resolution 800*500, fps jumps from 30 to 15. The average value of about 20. Antialiasing is disabled

I have no idea. Card gt740 weaker, but it is possible that performance depends on the amount of video memory in sistemih because at least 2 of the specified
One person wrote that Fallout 4 is very much dependent on the hard disk (sic!). So if your HDD can not at a minimum of 7200 rpm, then there is very little that will help. Hence the explanation of why some owners of the GTX 970 as having problems with this game, which for some reason is incredibly demanding when their dubious merits.

I also initially wondered why, even Mad Max, which seems incredibly flawed for 2015 barely manages to go low. And then I found out that one guy on modgames laptop with a very similar har-kami, but weaker (I have 540м with 2 gb, it 1 gb). Same with processor (i3 at all), RAM 4 GB. But a hard drive is just as powerful as my. And because of this parameter (which is not even listed in the requirements) he has a weaker configuration of the laptop allows you to run the game on high with medium shadows. These are the things we have in development.
Of course, the type of technology going forward, so run to the stores and take the components for 50-150 thousand But! If the requirements grow 4-8 times, then why the hell are the graphics not in style, Ala the realism? There is no reason such a powerful push that made Crysis in 2007. What's the most Grafenau left us? The order 1887? And the console can't pull our incredibly skilled Fallout stable and without problems? Honestly, hate this attitude. Understand requirements grow and progress, but no.

For me, the dialogue is not in priority, focus more on gameplay, story, atmosphere, but overall I agree with You.
However, not everyone can afford expensive PC.
Config in the profile, for high drawdown to 30 occur in the area of diamond city and in the larger locations with multiple buildings. Don't know, apparently it's because of my old processor, then none of the rules. Well, I have a CDM flawed.
60fps on ultra. The system profile. Play nice, though at first not accustomed to after New Vegas.

Looking for you minimum:
For someone drawdown below 60fps in UHD on maximum settings - is already critical.
And someone manages to play at 20 frames with a meager resolution and minimum settings.
On a subject, the percent of the game is absolutely undemanding, in this parameter it is identical to Skyrim (yeah, the engine... the engine never changes), so 30+ frames enough even ancient older Core 2 Duo.
A map is more difficult, it all depends on the screen resolution and graphics settings. If you take for a minimal options 30фпс in FHD with medium graphics settings and no antialiasing - level map GTX550ti should handle.
Features PhenomX6 T1045 on частоте3,53Ггц 8Gb of RAM a Radeon R370 2GB 256-bit bus ОСWIN10 Put everything on ultra launched play satisfied a 46-60FPS play it 30 minutes and start to notice that sometimes the fps drops dramatically sometimes to 14фпс after a couple of seconds is the norm...ie drawdowns awesome places.Maybe a future patch will solve this problem.Or the idea is, if I put the game on the SSD where I have Windows all stitched and is it dangerous that I have on SSD 5-6GB then?
30-60 fps.
All on ultra. Brakes and Frisians at all.

if not cut at the laptops, that is.
i5-3550 , GTX 980, 8 Gb
And I mainly 90-180 fps. But there are places where prosidaet already up to 35.
Intel Core i7-2600 3800MHz, Palit GTX 960 4Gb 1278MHz, 2x4Gb 1333MHz. Resolution FHD, ULTRA settings. Basically shows 50-60 fps, but sometimes during the day there are drawdowns of up to 40 fps.
Also noticed that sometimes when entering or leaving the building, the video card starts to consume about 2700Mb of VRAM (mostly 1800Mb). Maybe that's why some occur and friezes.
