Friezes, during the selection of items (Far Cry 5)

My hardware: Windows 10 x64, CPU: OctalCore AMD FX-8320E, 3500 MHz (17.5 x 200) System memory 16352 MB (DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM) video Adapter: GeForce GTX 960 (4 GB).
Playing on medium-high settings with antialiasing. About 35-40 FPS consistently, but almost every time I pick up any object (bullets, knives, armor, etc.) the game 1 second frieze. In dynamic scenes while everything is running smoothly. Terribly annoying. Play the pirates.
