Wave Armor in the Extra Ship Components. (Stellaris)

When tested fashion, I gave myself a team of all the technologies and components of ships were such things as: alternator Chrono-funnels and wave armor (shield). I've explored everything, but these innovasia components (like the resource to create them) do not appear. What to do to get them? It's some kind of event or Leviathan to kill? Or even just a console you can get?
