Can't find snow in NY. (Driver)

Now passed Driver.
But I can't find a map with the trip along with the snow, back in 2000 I remember I was in the game night (choice of car?) and it was snowing the number of cops 4, but judging by the WIKI they are on the ps one, max 2 in contrast to the PC version.

I would like to find a solution to this problem is to either Take a ride or Driving games.

Tall buildings, night, a sufficient number of cops and snow that's all I remember and that was at that time, it has to be NY, still narrow streets, LA wide and still this is California where if it is sooo rarely snows.
Cheats also on ps one was looking, the activation associated with snow there. And Yes it seems to be not in Driver 2 was...(TC out of the car impossible).
