The difference between medium and ultra settings (Far Cry 4)

Hi, in General, a theme... Ultra settings... if you set everything on maximum, then that is changing - to become only the rendering of the textures far better, the grass a little more and the main thing - EVERYTHING GETS DARKER AND RAZMYTYE. But, if you put the middle picture, as for me becomes nicer, not so blurry and lighter, and most importantly - the fps gets higher. question: the point of MAXIMUM (ultra) settings, if on medium, the game looks nicer?

Put the settings via presets and manual for ultra is included absolutely everything, including all sorts of blur, which can be separately disabled

Why because his whole game becomes very dark?

It's just a glitch, this is often due to fog in play Jubilee, for example Prince of Persia the Sands of Time because of the fog becomes unplayable.

And so, for fine tuning, I advise you to read the guide from Nvidia https://www.geforce.com/whats-new/guides/far-cry-4-graphics-performance-and-tweaking-guide

That is, the volumetric fog makes the shadows very dark and the FPS reduces, you?

no, sometimes he comes out to the fore and so on. FPS to reduce it and so and so, he bulk. And the shadows of XS, the screen would.
