Mysterious building on top of a mountain (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Found a mysterious structure of stones on top of the mountain, it with two colored arrows ,a new mystery in the spirit of chiliad? I suspect these benchmarks indicate the nearby mountains.

Maybe it's just a sundial? Large stones like the 12. And the arrows can mean the location of the figure 12 (red sun, yellow moon, for example).
I'm not fond of GTA, and not really in the subject, but ran across a video with different theories. The answer you got?
