Launcher Battle.net brakes. The decision (Destiny 2)

I'm a Launcher ! There is a solution!

1. Press the key combination Windows + R.
2. In the opened window type inetcpl.cpl.
3. Click the "OK"button.
4. In the opened window select the tab "Connections"
5. Press the button LAN settings.
6. Remove checkbox Automatically detect settings

I have Win7 x64
