Xbox One and not a license to Windows 10

Hi all. Stupid question, but I really SSU: there is a computer with Win10 hacked and there is a Box 1. A TV with HDMI, and I generally telly, no. Monitor with DVI VGA and sobsna some revolting. Heard and read about broadcast Win10 Xbox on and even instruction, but if Win10 hacked? Not banned if the console accidentally?
