Do not run the game (Batman: Arkham City)

When you start the game from launcher or from a file BatmanAC.exe after a few seconds restarts the launcher. That is on the launcher, the game cannot start. In the way of the game does not contain any of the letters of the Cyrillic alphabet.
In search of a solution to the problem was:
1. Updated video drivers (did not help)
2. Exhibited compatibility with older versions of Windows (did not help)
3. I reinstalled DirectX and Framework (not help)
I am writing here in hope to find a solution.

In litsuhe(if memory serves) is a lousy Game Fo windose life... that a long time ago is not working. It did not seem to have cut, and with the pirates this obscenity removed.
