Witcher 1 style HUD Medallion (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

This is a mod that broke my others, even the usual Unification patch for 1.32 - 1.31 - 1.31 GOTY - game versions 1.31 A (UPatch) now prevents the game to start, Witcher Script Merger sees no conflict, but the game thinks otherwise. Now reinstall the game to start from scratch and try to install it first. So actually the question, is whether anyone can fully explain how to put it ?
