Steam+Uplay (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)

The question is ,will I be able to bind the second steam ACC in profile uplay ,which is already linked to steam

or you need to signup a new yupley under novvi stimovsky ACC
or hotseat from strago to bind to the new ,and when I want to play the old games again to tie it.
