In your place, I would have bought a Nexus 4(option 1).Because this device is from Google and it has full support from this company, all new updates you will have as soon as released.4 option is Chinese with a good screen,but it has a weak processor at least 4 cores and 1.5 GHz,but it's all about the architecture of Cortex A7 she's there(it's an old achitecture),that is, the phone will fail at that resolution.Nexus 4 that's all right take it.
