dead zone steering (F1 2016)

I have a problem with the wheel. for example, the steering wheel turns full 90 degrees to the right (his maximum) and the first 30 or even 40 degree steering in the game the car doesn't turn.
the dead zone was removed, and the wheel is properly configured.
