The game itself did not seem to disable. I always just went to bed (in the same way as in Gothic) and waited until. In locations where snow storms - it's just hard to be. Made really terrible. Just rain superimposed on the character model, and is not in itself, so when you rotate the camera, it seems that the rain freezes and when you stop turning, continue to go (particularly with the storms it seems).
