Have a couple of questions about crafting (I 2 java 20 ias +kb useful buns are welcome):1. What level is optimal to buy gloves and what to cook?
2. If purchase the Chars nm, for example? Or better gamble?

That's just finished cooking. Particularly nothing to brag about, of the 400 brews nothing normal, high are.
No difference, where to buy rule or hull. Level and you can see what some of the affix - a maximum of 59 like - 15 forces, and 71+ LVL char already gives a chance for 4 affix.
clvl=77 is the same for Heavy Bracers. For Chain Gloves, if I understand correctly, the optimum clvl=69-71. However, very big difference there.

High-level best not to use the charges explodin arrow or multishot are hardly desirable affixes - and there are 63+ level of the affix, freezin arrow (94) in General, I will give a LVL 99 rivers :D

on normal ilvl is limited in the area of ~40. you just get the 80-m level to the chars on normal, and on nm or Hella. The difference you will see with the naked eye.
