How to install plugins for TES IV? (The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion)

The file XXX.esm: XXX.put bsa in the Data folder, which is C:\Games\Oblivion or where you installed the game. The folders Meshes, Textures, Sounds, Music (if they are in the plugin archive) to the same.
If the archive contains a file XXX.bsa, it must be in My documents\My games\Oblivion find the oblivion text file.ini there, find the line bUseArchives=1 (near the bottom) under it there are inscriptions:
