How to make that chrome doesn't load all the tabs?

I have chrome always open several tabs, so in any time to have access to them, I do not close them. And that's when you run dumb chrome loads all the tabs and puts the RAM. The same Firefox at start loaded only the current tab, and the rest load only when I switch. How to make chrome also loaded only the current tab?

I don't know if I understand, but why not leave one page in the opening, and the other to open with the bookmarks bar?

It is not convenient to continually add to bookmark dozens of pages, and then to clean them. Much easier when all the necessary tabs opened and then closed as unnecessary. But I want them to load only when I switch.
