Had problems with PC

1050ti Gtx, Amd ryzen 5 1500x, 8gb ddr4, Windows 7. Performance(in particular in games) have a problem. For example Borderlands 2 was working in a stable 45фпс on very high, but now in the simplest of locations FPS drops to 40-32 frame. Or DotA, which at maximum speed gave out under 200 FPS, now runs somewhere in the 70-80 FPS(frame rate never sulochana), and towards the end the matches at all drops to 50-45 fps. What's the problem? Ustanavlivat VPN, but now completely removed. Can this VPN so affected, or some sort of virus caught?
