Rather long found a mod which you can use to remove the legendary properties from one object and put it into any other.
PS.Pereprohozhu game now and not once tried to find it, nothing happens. And finding provides the Legendary modifications which in turn allows you to create legendary mods and install on a legendary weapon, but to put it off anymore. As well as Any mod on any weapon, which is not the right mod
