GTA 5 LSPDFR (Grand Theft Auto 5)

All know a popular mod, so I can't have them on the forum to fix my mistake for two days. Can someone help?
There is a perpetual startup, and first writes that the mod use Android trainer for running. GTA clean only this mod, nothing more. 've tried everything.

Try the settings RagePluginHook to put a tick in the option"do not run plugins, I mean just to run RPH with no plugins. And when he starts using the console (F4) to run LSPDFR manually (LoadPlugin LSPD First Response).
