AMD Ryzen 5 2600X BOX - 15 000 rubles (here included cooler is better).
Motherboard MSI PC MATE B350 - 6000 rubles (under 2600, you may need to update the BIOS through the service center). As well B350 Tomahawk.
Two strips of RAM Samsung [M378A2K43BB1-CRC] - 13 000 rubles. Under acceleration at 3000 / 3200 via MSI.
Not worth watching 1600, its a new revision - 2600Х, the most ideal option. Motherboard, if the same can, the MSI X470 Gaming.

The author of 1060 3GB, why would he overclock to 4 GHz? Instead of stove system unit to keep? I have a 1600 Ryazan, dispersed to 3.5, and I have enough to drive to 3.8, 4 Hz for 3-5 fps is insanity. Take 2600, throw with 3.4 to 3.7 and all will not be any problems.
