well, the game is generally calculated under wines 2000 and XP ,and as I recall it did not go any patches for compatibility with new systems,as try to conjure with the settings compatibility,you can try to run on a virtual machine with wine XP(if you can),the simplest (for me) to find the old screw size from 20GB to deliver wines XP and play
