Board monitor

Good day, please advise the monitor at a resolution of 1440p (2560x1440) and 144Гц.

Now own Monica U28E590D 60 Hz Samsung UHD, 4K, ~28 inches. His job copes amazingly 1440p, 4K I don't need (monitor not quite mine) and the price it good, but somehow playing with fps ~160 and 60 Hz for the speakers, and fps is ~150-160 is not suitable, although using Nvidia broke up to 85гц
