Admiral of the fleet (Stellaris)

Have a question about the game.
Let's say I have in the fleet 5 ships,corvettes of the same type, for example. In the battle the leader can die(from old age) and 3 ships for example will survive and flee to the Hyper jump or come out victorious ,but without the Admiral. How do I know which ship is the leader of the Admiral ? If you hover your cursor over the ships sorry not shown on which ship the Admiral is sitting . Although there is an option to do a project on one ship with the same name and assign a leader to it and then churning out ships from another project ,not the test as I work now and in the near future no time sitting at a computer.
