GTX 1080 and loading under 100

Good afternoon, I would like to know what is normal in the old games Ala darksiders 2 video card GIGABYTE GeForce G1 Gaming GTX 1080, loaded at almost 100 giving only at 120 + frames? In General is it normal that in old and not so old games, like R6 Siege map loaded 100 without vertical sync, or all kirdyk? Viruses canceled as recently had to reinstall Windows because of this problem.

loaded and well built. so the CPU is not a bottleneck in this case
but you can limit fps to 30 if then less will be loaded probably

disabling vertical sync from your video card for any will be loaded to the maximum. Turn over & under and check.
