Skill: absorption of blood is not can find! (Vampyr)

I read in the guide that you need to pump skill absorption of blood which adds +2.5 blood for the main island of Fiji, BUT never found it!!!!
****-When leveling skills will learn improved absorption of blood, a skill which will allow you to get 2.5 points of blood for every blow inflicted on the enemy. In combination with fast weapon, you will always have a lot of blood for each fight.*****
