Stone heart and fps (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello, I noticed that with the update installation heart of Stone began to sink fps in battles of up to 55 personnel. Noticeable with the Red warriors. Question, but did something with the row in the DOP? Or problems in my hardware? In the original game, all perfectly smoothly at 60 frames... Adjust all beyond, except shadows (low) and hair. Fps sags ONLY with the Red warriors...
