Error 0x80073CF9 (Forza Horizon 3)

Pirates. Played everything was fine. Then decided to reset the progress and start anew, found the manual, where the PU can be dropped in additional shortcut settings of the game.
Dumped when run began to appear error.
Reinstalling the game can't activate again, it gives this error 0x80073CF9

Where I messed up?

try to uninstall using uninstall tool the registry is also retired.and when you must create a new account in microsoft
