It is impossible to investigate (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The only place in Velenje where it is impossible to get(at least to me).

who may be managed and how?

There on the hill stands a huge oak tree and a lit fireplace(bottom sometimes visible,especially at night),tried to get on top(no),through the cave in any way...
There is a huge door ,but no key(location Road to Bald mountain).
What is there to be?
